  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada. No promo code is necessary—simply add eligible items to your cart, and your shipping charges will be automatically waived at checkout.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

CLEOPATRA BEAUTY MED, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

Services:

  • No Refunds for Services: All services performed at Cleopatra Beauty Med are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact us before your appointment if you have any concerns, and we will be happy to discuss and tailor your service to meet your needs.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a [cancellation fee, if applicable].

Products:

  • No Returns on Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened products, including skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty-related items.

  • Unopened Products: If a product is unopened and in its original, unused condition, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
